For the last twenty five years, Excel has expertly managed the one thousand plus units that make up the Palm Beach Club, Beverly Hills Club/Heights and the Hollywood Mirage. This expertise has informed the way in which the company has overseen the numerous refurbishment programmes that have taken place over the years, the largest of which is the ongoing £4 million renovation of the Hollywood Mirage Club. In addition to the successful running of these prestigious resorts, Excel also runs twelve of the most impressive bars and restaurants on the island with annual covers exceeding three hundred and fifty thousand.

As in any organization training is of major importance, and in order for EXCEL to manage your resort to the highest possible standards and in a friendly, efficient and positive manner, this can only be obtained through a team of highly qualified staff.
With approximately 400 employees distributed throughout various specialist departments, there are many different ongoing training courses held throughout the year, such as evacuation procedures, health and safety regulations, languages, communication and other particular trainings for express department needs.
EXCEL is constantly monitoring the day to day running of the various departments, to determine the necessities of each individual Club that it manages. Our staff is trained to listen and understand Members' needs by assisting them in every way possible.
In depth analyses are made on the feedback received from Owners through Evaluation Reports, general correspondence and questionnaires which are tools for measuring our development.
